plano sab me mag construct og 80 sq meter 2 storey nga balay sa 150 sq meter nga lot. pastilan lisura diay aning magpa construct og balay, labaw na nga wala gyud me nahibal-an about construction. na lost ko sa mga technicalities sa mga previous thread...hehehe!! pila kaha ag magasto sa in-ani nga balay approx. Php1M?

unsa man inyo ika advice 1) mo hire nalang og contractor or 2) investment nalang ang lot unya kuha nalang og mga housing sa mga developers kay di pa hasol?

naa ba moy ika recommend nga maau and reasonably priced nga contractor dinhi cebu?

the decision will rely on what you have right now and what youre plans will be.

if you enough then mgpahimu ka ug blay. if you want to save a little ikaw gyud mismo ang mdala or have someone you know who has knowledge about construction and hire people that you know and trustworthy. although kapoy gyud usahay but seeing it progress mlingaw nman pud ka ug tanaw.

in my case i have my father who oversee the progress and i hire people nga ako kaila.

investing your lot is also a good option pra pud naa ka income.

developers pud, it depends sa devlopers there are devopler nga maayo ug output there are some who are not. late na ka mkblo once naa na na ka sa blay

pangwartahan lang mo anang mga housing projects like deca ug uban pa. Try to buy your own lot then tukuran nimo og balay. Mas ok pana kay sa mopalit ka og unit like deca.
