PC hang up, need advice

OK mao ni akong lain sugilanon mao pud ni ang isa sa rason nag porma ko ug bago na PC. My 7 year old Pentium 4 mo kalit lang ug hang up. Usually di jd nako ma tancha kung kanus-a ni mo occur. During power ON nako sa AVR or bisan direct sa outlet, it takes time before ni ma power ON akong CPU (maybe 5 to 10 mins max). At first, nako ang video card ang guba (Radeon 850XTPE AGP ni siya) kay ang error i-return sa windows XP or 7 is something about sa video. So I tried na gamiton ako video card sa amo isa ka PC so far stable man jd kaayo wala jd ko nag ka problema. Second assumption nako is I thought sa abog lang kay taud2x na wala ma limpyohi, pero still mao gihapon I encountered the problem. So mao to I resorted na mo palit ug bagong video card (tungod pd sa starcraft2), So I bought a HIS Radeon HD4670 AGP edition, after nako siya na taud abi nako wala na ang problema kay so far wala nako ka bantay until a few weeks later ni balik nasad haayy.... faet. So mao to I have this problem for quite sometime now. Yesterday ako gi limpyohan ako PC ug balik kay nag ilis pud ko ug case fans niya sa sulod, after nako na limpyohan still na encounter nako ang hang up.

Usually ako PC is mag ON ra ni during ko matulog kay usahay mag download or usahay makatulog nalang while watching a movie. Usually mo hang up ni siya kanang i think mi idle akong PC then after na i-restart diha mag sige na siya ug hang up, I need to make the computer rest ug pila ka oras before nako siya magamit na mo stable2x ug pila ka hours.

If naa mo advice I'd gladly appreciate it, I'll try to fix this on my own if di na gani madala ipadala ko na ni adto sa rapple tech.

actually mao pd na isa sa sa ako nahuna hunaan. nangita pa ko lain PSU pud. kay ako plano ilisan pd ni nako ug modular na PSU bisan mid-end lang

OT lang gamay brad if bligya mo ang extra AGP card mo PM lang ko ha... hehehe... nahan ko lage nang HIS Radeon HD4670 1GB AGP Video card mo >>> asa diay ka palit sa 4670 AGP version?

I have almost the same specs as yours except 3.2ghz and i dont have a sound card

Testingi daw sa PSU sa imong new RIG.. basin maka abot ra ang cables w/o removing the PSU.

@siopao1984: hehe dili ni nako baligya sir oi hehe mao ni ako main gamit. Mao ni siya ako gi replace sa akong Radeon X850XT PE card.

^^ OT lang: PM me asa mo gipalit ang 4670 agp version ky wala naman intawn dri singapore available na AGP card. sayangan ko sa ako P4 nadaot jud ang 6600 agp ko... hehehe

^^ sa US ni nako na palit boss. nag papalit ko sa ako cousin last year. hehe

mao jd boss sayangan pd ko sa ako P4 mao di ni nako dispose hehe so far payter pa man gud ni so mao nalang ni siya mo download para nako or pwede ra pud kadtong mga games na kaya pa niya hehe...
