We experienced the worst customer service treatment ever. Here's the story:
We had our reunion last June 18, 2011 and it was an overnight affair. The organizers of the event stayed until 7am the following day only to find out that one of our batchmate's motorcycle was damaged. We reported the incident to the owner but along the confrontation he suddenly became irate. Customer is always right, it would have ended smoothly if he was the type of person who can take complaints.
To make the long story short, he took his gun from his room and tried to point at the victim but luckily he was able to drive his motorbike away from the place. So what he did, he fired his gun 6 times outside the gate with some of us in front of him and not to mention the other customers from the neighboring resort who also witnessed the entire incident. And worst, he is a police officer under FESSAGGS (Firearms Exclusive Security Service Agency and Guard Supervisory Secton) upon researching his real identity.
So we reported to the police what happened, but if ever no actions will be taken against them then surely this will reach to the higher department. The police only told us to settle
All of us were safe but we just want to let everybody know to prevent the worst things to happen
