there is also a possibility these are not chinese. perhaps they are more like NORTH KOREANS. their dress is similar to this one below.
and judging from the cameras they used, it seems like its still old school. film cameras perhaps. we all know how NORTH KOREA is so strict in terms of products coming inside their territory. digicams are not that popular there.
china is more sophisticated though. there are a lot of digicams in their market.
