grabeha pod ana nga penalty gud. penalties are allowed by law but it should not be na way too much. and also there ought to be a manual of discipline for employees (wherein employees were brief beforehand) before they can implement all these.

sa akong wife sauna, 1st year sa ilang company, 6days vacation leave, 6 days sick leave. all convertible to cash kung dili magamit. every following year, pun-an ug another 3days. hangtud nga naabot to cyag `18 days vaction leave ug 18 days sick leave. pero ang allowable ra convertible to cash kay 12 days vacation leave, nya ang sick leave, all convertible to cash.. pero ang maximum nila kay 22 days sick leave ug 22days vacation leave. ihatag na every 2nd week sa january. ang nakanindot pa jud sa ila, kay if mu call-in sick sila, mahangyo ra nila ilang manager nga vaction leave lang ang gamiton kay para dili makuhaan ilang sick leave. kay ang sick leave nila all are convertible to cash. para dako ilang makuha inig january. pamawi sa nagasto pag new year bah.

ours is 15 days sick leave, 12 days vacation leave.. usahay kung nahan mi muabsent i-avail namo sick leave ky non-convertible sa amo company.. di ramn mangayo ang clinic ug med cert kung 1 day lang.. pero hasul lang ky mangayo jud kag fit to work sa clinic para signan sa doctor imo sick leave so inartista gamay..hehe
Bro, sa amu, a late is a late gyud. Which means, maski unsa pa imung rason, naa gyud deduction.
However, adto na magdaog sa team lead kung, for example, iya dawaton ang legit imu excuse and so iya tangtangon sa "consideration" for getting disciplinary action. For example, kung sa inyu after 30 minutes late ka kay MEMO na dayon. If na late kag 35 minutes then iya dawaton ang imu reason, dli ka niya ememo. But ma deduction gihapon ka kay tungod late ka.
However, ang deduction is usually based on the hourly/minute rate. Dli buot buot lang. Unless ni sign ka nga mao na.
