if imu pasabot is pcci papers, i don't think so. although it is advisable that before you breed your dogs you do necessary tests such as blood testing but this is not required by pcci in order to register the pup.

murag pang mga pure breed ang mga papers ra. its better if ang parents naay papers sad para mas faster.

another question d i, hehe are these papers the only way to prove that your dog is pure? or if expert ang person maka ila ra xa nga pure bsan way papers? or wa jud assurance if no papers? ask lang
