If you check the profile page, there is a report button. I'm not sure if that's 100% effective but it's worth a shot.
I believe you can ask the Facebook to reactivate it on your friend's behalf. Just send a letter to Tech Support requesting for the reactivation. Just prepare for an interview though. Information that you have entered to verify.
Oh another thing, tell your friend to have different passwords for different categories. For example, a set of passwords for email accounts, another for social network sites, another for games/membership sites, etc.. I've seen alot of these things happen when you have a universal password. Hackers get a full access to everything you have. And also the security question, don't make it too easy for others to answer it. Always find a question that only you can answer.![]()
