Quite true...Masakpan man ninyo ang IP who knows if taga asa na nga lugar and who knows if gagamit to ug IP scrambler. Truth is lisud na kaayo ug press charges for hacking, esp in this case which involves hacking a facebook acct. Hackers get away with heavier offenses which involves fraud. The problem with your friend is that there's a lot of worms in her can that might spill out more than what the hacker has let loose. Learn from it, move forward.

sa ako friend man sir.mag gamit sya sa net cafe na pc if she needs to print some documents and ang iyaha laptop kay mag share sila sa iyang mga siblings?she only goes to net cafes for like once or twice a month dpending sa iyang ipa print na documents.why man diay?

Deact the account. Make another one . Be sure the password is ver long-combination of numbers ang letters.

It's very possible that whoever did this might have logged on using the same PC your friend used and maybe the password was saved, or your friend forgot to log off from Facebook [not saying that's really what happened]. I agree with jumper_stage though. Deactivate the old account and make a new one with a really complex password.

she cant deactivate that account anymore maam for the reason being the hacker changed the password,replaced her number and made a security code (she didnt have one before). in short,she cant get hold of her account anymore,she cant take it back unless facebook will give it back to her but facebook administrators are very hard to reach!i rang their customer service number turns out that they dont accept calls you have to go to facebook website and troubleshoot it yourself, rang the second option which is, the law enforcement, you need to leave your concerns and theyll get back to you (god knows when). .
