i don't find this disturbing. what's truly disturbing are those pet owners who put clothes on their pets and carry them inside their bags.

im really a dog lover,.i know wala dpat g-hang nya ang dog pero i think dili jud intentional sa guy na i-torture ang puppy kay gikan pa gud na nya giligu-an arun daw mawala ang mga pulgas..
he even said sorry for what he did,,kung salbahis jud xa na taw he wont bother say sorry or even mgpa-kita pa sa public.
People commit mistakes....It's not for us to judge him roughly..

It's not so much the issue on the puppy, per se...

It's this generation of kids who are too heavily into the internet and Facebook and doing stupid shit and posting them online as if to say "Hey, look at me. I did this to a puppy... Ain't it cool? Appreciate me!!!"
