Nobody ever said that u have to play for admu to be a good player. The point is that those names you mention above worked within the system of their schools (feu and Nu). They listened to their coach's advise, put in the work and let their play do the talking.

ang point dili lang kay si black ra ang capable nga coach sa UAAP or sa pinas daghan pud nga maayo.

yup.. Nobody said si black lang ang maayo.

thats why you have to give players some confidence for them jell well with the team..sakto nga playing time.

Before any of that, the player has to learn the system usa.... Mark Tallo was just simply impatient and wanted to play right away despite not being fully versed with the system.

that why they have trainings and practice..for them to fit in the system..one way is to give them playing time..

Ang question is... Was he ready to play the system sa Admu? Accdng to Coach Norman... Dili pa man... So why give someone who is not ready playing time? PG pa gyud of all positions which is the hardest and most crucial position to play....

Kulang lang gyud siguro sa patience and medyo ni dako ang ulo kay naanad naman sya nga superstar diri sa Cebu.

April lang daw nisugod si Tallo nagjoin sa team. So basically, 1 month pa lang siya nagpractice with Ateneo. Is that enough time for a rookie PG to learn the plays? The way I've seen this team play on TV, daghan man ni sila mga half court set plays.

if they want tallo to play in their system..then why not give him playing time..dili kay bangkoon ka..unsaon nimo pag fit sa system kung dili ka gamiton? unsaon nimo pag fit sa system kung dili ka kibaw sa dinowa-an sa imo kauban? ang good start ana kay enough playing time..naa man gud potential ang bata unya kung sa ADMU lang siya unya bangko kay dili apa ready unsa man ang iyang future?

question..how long should tallo wait? knowing ka aside kay ravena naa pa jud laing nga moabot from new mexico after inig graduate sa duha nila ka members sa ADMU same position as ravena and tallo? so ika pila kaha nga rotation si tallo ani? nga ang trend raba karon sa UAAP mg hire ug mga foreigner or fil-am nga player para lang maka chanpion?

My point was that it's the coach's decision on who gets to play.. Whether the Coach is Norman Black, Franz Pumaren etc...

if they want tallo to play in their system..then why not give him playing time..dili kay bangkoon ka..unsaon nimo pag fit sa system kung dili ka gamiton? unsaon nimo pag fit sa system kung dili ka kibaw sa dinowa-an sa imo kauban? ang good start ana kay enough playing time..naa man gud potential ang bata unya kung sa ADMU lang siya unya bangko kay dili apa ready unsa man ang iyang future?

Coach Norman said He's not ready yet. This comment was obviously after seeing him play sa practice and pickup games nila.

If he cannot hack the standard of play expected sa ADMU which requires him to learn mga set plays, he might as well do a Mike Gamboa and move to U.P. and be a star player there.

The coach telling you that di pa ka ready should challenge you to do better... but instead, he whined and quit the team.

You have to work within the system sa school and follow the coach.

If tallo believes nga maayo gyud siya nga player, he wouldve proved it sa practice and pickup games and the coach would've fielded him sa games.

Maybe his style of play dili lang gyud suited for UAAP.
Maybe he's better suited for another league or another school.
Maybe he's so used to being the center of attention being the superstar sa Cebu that he could not take being relegated to the bench.

Like I said, daghan na kaayo stories pareha sa iyaha especially with mga superstars from Ateneo High who upon moving to the seniors division , really struggled with the level of play. People like BJ Manalo are classic examples...

Maybe Tallo's father thinks that his chances of getting in the PBA will be lower if he stays in a superstar laden lineup sa ADMU.

For me, it's too early pa gyud to do what he did. Wala pa man gani mag start ang season sa UAAP.
