Ako naka register na.. Metrobank mastercard.. im waiting for my next credit card bill for my 4 number verification number, para fully verified member ka and morethan 100 dollar puwede ka maka buy.

Although, they still don't accept merchant account signups with philippine based bank accounts, but now atleast we can buy thru paypal.
