i havent personally tried Qube. but tru observation i think they sell their own brand. dont knw from which oem they rebrand their items though. also, i dont like package-deals...

My Answer to Question 1
Ok raman sad bro ang 18.5” AOC E936/940SW LED tag 4,990 lower gamay sa presyo sa samsung na imo napili-an. Ok ra sad ni na brand naa sad sila Service Center diri sa Cebu (MDR company). So no problem in terms of warranty. Naa sad service center ang samsung diri. but since you are in a low budget I'll say go for AOC.

Sa imo mobo kani gud cya pili-a bro MSI 880GMS-E35 AMD880G tag 3,900 unlike sa uban mobo na 880G chipset. This MSI is already a Sata III capable mobo and uban kay Sata II pa. Parisan nimo ni ug 500Gb Western Digital SATA III sad na tag 2,080. Ok na kaayo ni

Ang imo choice of processor = pass. OK
Ang imo choice of RAM = pass. OK
Ang imo choice of integrated graphics = fail. Not OK (AMD 880G chipset with HD 4250 integrated graphics is lower than NVIDIA® GeForce® 6600 GT or ATI Radeon® 9800 PRO)

Naa ko mobo na ang iya integrated graphics kay AMD 785G (HD 4200) ako gi try sa starfcraft maka run siya pero log. Pero pag install nako sa starcraft discrete video card ako gamit dili ang on-board sa mobo
