sa ako nahibaw-an sa ako uyab ingon cya 7 days ra daw per year or rather said per employee. Mao na ang government mandated. Naa nana sa imo employer if ever iya ba pataasan depende sa length of service nimo.

I usually don't worry about this. Most private companies offer leaves beyond this. Naa gani uban kaabot ug 15 days. Ang nice unta if convertible to cash by the end of the year and non used sick leave.
as per experience, it depends on company policy. my first company, they only allowed 7 days sick leave and 7 days vacation leave. if you will not avail both within one year it will be converted to cash.
my second company offered 15 days sick leave and 15 days vacation leave. only sick leave is convertible to cash if not used. VL will be accumulated next calendar year.
my current company allow only 4 days sick leave and 14 days VL.

but what is mandated man gyud by the law? i understand that some private company are generous enough like my first employer 13days sick leave convertible to cash and 7days vacation leave expense free (7days VL w/pay & company expense on plane ticket, accommodation + food allowance). Unfortunately, my latest employer is opposite gyud ana tanan tikasan pa gani dili tarungon ug bayad ang overtime but i just want to get even (employees right), so i want to know what is mandated by law.

makuha ba nako na ang duha? i've been working in the company for almost 3years but wala koy nakuha both ever since. everytime mo-absent ko automatic na deduct sa akong salary and everytime pud ma-late ko deduct gihapon:
1minute late = 1hr salary deduction.
31mins. late = 4hrs salary deduction
bisan reasonable pa akong late ug ipananghid nako ahead deduct gihapon.
