must have passed all psychological test with outstanding remarks on: decision-making, integrity, honesty....

para nako, anyone could be a politician.... no basic qualification.
It actually depends on the people on whom to vote.
Usually, voters go for
1. famous (pwede pud notorious)
2. deep pockets
3. utang-na-loob
4. family relatives (ka pamilya)
5. party mates (ka puso)
