    i've got a lot of deja vus but this experience really freaked us all..

    due to stress and overwork my friend went to bed and fell on deep slumber when she felt like there something pulled out her out but could feel a thread that connects to her navel...then she felt she was going downstairs and saw her siblings and mother doing something or watching TV..she realized that she was asleep so she went back to her room and to her surprise!!!

    SHE SAW HERSELF SLEEPING...

    she was sooo afraid on what she saw..she just went back to sleep just the same position of her body nga nakita niya sa iya bed...then after few seconds
    nakamata sya...and immediately went downstairs where she saw the same scene when she was asleep!!!making her realize that it was real...

    she did not go to sleep after that...in fact she was sleepless for a week because of that experience....

    yeps.. i agree with this one, kadghan nako ka experience ani.. others situations and places... and makaingon nalng ko na "Nahitabo naman n!" or "Familiar kaau ang place,naakaanhi naman ko dnhe!" but then wala diay to sa imo ra diay to dream... mura ug De Javu thingy... basta im pretty sure na kadghan ko kasuway ani.. but i dont have the least idea of why it happened... weird sometimes.. but saunz ta man...eheheeh...

    i had this weird dream way back highschool pa ko... i always dreamt of a giant chasing me!... az in whereever i go, whereever ko motago makit-an jud ko sa giant... and he tries to kill me!.. my gosh! dn ako pud sa ako dream kay magcge ko ug dagan, dili jud ko magpadakop or magpatamak sa giant... but none in my dreams, na nakita nako ang looks sa giant, basin sad noh kay pwerte ra pud nya kadaku...
    mura ug mga weeks or almost a month jud ko nacge ug damgo adto... then the time came na nasakit ko... i had a high fever for almost a week, but during adto na time na nagkafever nako, nawala na ang ako damgo. then my gets worst, dengue na diay to, and naa na ko sa critical stage... but praise the LORd, im still here though 20% ra akong chances na mabuhi pa ko...
    so after i was thinking na, could it be that dream connected sa akong health, or was it a sign na something might happen to me na wherein i really have to struggle to survive... just wondering lang..

    oh gosh, i feel like a walking zombie. kutob 3 or 4 hrs. ra akong tulog sa gabii i go to bed almost 1:30 a.m. and wake up at 4:30 a.m. grabe my head is floating unya 10 hrs. ko sa trabaho during the day. its a long, long day for me. I'm poofed. better sleep soon.

    The main causes of liver damage

    1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are the main cause.

    2. Not urinating in the morning.

    3. Too much eating.

    4. Skipping breakfast.

    5. Consuming too much medication.

    6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.

    7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even

    the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.

    8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver.

    Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

    We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time conditions are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to "schedule."

    Because:

    Evening at 9 - 11pm : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (de-toxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes).This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a person is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.

    Evening at 11pm - 1am : is the de-toxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

    Early morning 1 - 3am : de-toxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

    Early morning 3 - 5am : de-toxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the de-toxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.

    Morning 5 - 7am : de-toxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

    Morning 7 - 9am : absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before

    7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 -10am rather than no meal at all.

    Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals.

    Aside from that, midnight to 4am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

    it's really horrendous to think that when you deprive yourself of sleep, your brain cells will decrease considerably in number which will lead to memory problem and othe mentally related sickness.
    it's true. sleep deprivation causes defects in a person's brain.

    i guess that brain thing is true. sometimes its hard to find the word to say or forgot things easily. having a job which is always in the night is very hard finding sleep during the day. working 10 hrs in the night, staring almsot all the time at the computer. got home by 6 or 7am and again turns on the computer again and waits again to fall asleep. if someone wakes you up its really hard getting back to sleep again. i guess my life span has already decreased. *sigh*.
