Salamat . My sigma 100-300 2.8 handheld for these birds in flight. I have to be really quick which i can't do gamit tripod or hand-holding my tele primes kay sakit pud and pamaol a day after.

Osprey: these raptors mate for life and they are not related to eagles, owls, or hawks (even though they are also called sea hawks). Ospreys are alone in a raptor classification of their own and no raptors are closely related to it.
