Thread: Office Politics

    Default Office Politics

Nowadays, its no longer what you know but WHO you know. And I hate the fact that it happens in both - private and public sectors. Life is really unfair! Well, who ever said that life is fair?! Rubbing my bosses shoulder is not my thing. I think it would be much better to get promoted because you are more knowledgeable and manifested the skills they were looking for. But hey! Doesn't work that way. Sometimes, there's nothing we can do but accept the reality. Also feel the same way sometimes? Frustrating, right? However, it should not let us down but make it a tool to keep us inspired to do more and aim success! Live on!

in-ani pud akong previous gi trabahuan.ma promote lang ang duul sa luwag.our company before is unique in nature because our big boss can hire his relatives unya i deploy sa lain lain branch who will function as his eyes and ears.naa isa ka branch namo nga grabe ang monopoly,no more check and balance kay even the cashier relatives nila.grabe kaayo ang corruption.

if you want to succeed in the office, you gotta play the game.
brown nosing is hard, but it has benefits, like higher pay hehe.

maski asa ka nga company, more often than not, it's the guy with people skills who gets paid more rather than the guy with the real skills.

either find a company that values your skills more than personal skills or create your own company.

    it sucks but that's reality.

as for me, kapuyan ko sa duwa, so I saved while looking for a career nga walay boss. I found it and I never looked back.
