    you can easily use round or brisket, shin or shoulder. for goulash.

    kung ok ra nimo nay bukog. neck and shank can do. just going to take a little longer to cook. it's not really traditional for goulash but these cuts are fuller in flavor.

    anyway. chuck and shoulder is one of the same. usually man gud wala kaila ang butcher and would usually say shoulder rather than chuck.

    me, when im cooking i do really sub plenty of times especialyly when i cooked foreign food, its really difficult to find some of the ingredients so most of the time i sub...just for example there are recipe that needs freshes herbs, other herbes that it doesnt survive here so we use a lot of time the dried one...but i think even other dried herbs we cant find here only the common one,,for me i substitute butter for grapeseed oil....

    WOW..guess cooking foreign food is challenging .. I am opt to cooking Pinoy Food now, I didn't Pinoy taste would be so much agreeable than foreign..
