• follows the standard of Kaiser in the US
• background check done by IMG, 15 years track record sa Pinas, 35 years ang mother company sa US, as a financial brokerage company
• preferred partner of major hospitals. if bati mobayad ang healthcare company, hospitals will not accept them, and diri sa Cebu all hospitals are partners
