no need for ielts since you will be having a french laguage exam... if im not mistaken you can get that exam 4 years after you landed quebec or once you get a certain certificate... mura siya "ielts" but in french...

free ang french class ani sa quebec, funded by the quebec government... not sure kung naay fee ang exam...

better ask sa enhance for an orientation para mag clear... ",)
