i think wa man siguro 'fake' nga pcci papers kay as the new owner, ikaw man jud ang mu process ana with pcci to have it transferred to your name. that's what i think lang ha. but kana hinuun nga dili 'true' sire and dam gi butang sa papers. either the sire and dam gi butang is patay na nga dogs or gi bayran nila ang owners ana nga dog to sign the litter registration....

unfortunately i think naa jud. especially sa manila. naa gani mu text lang kalit namu nga pwede ba pa sign siya sa litter reg...of course ignore jud namu na mga text or inquiries nga inana.
