Oh, and it's "against", "on its knees", and "literally fed by China". I'd be extra careful in using the "grammar police" gambit, lest I be humiliated by my own lapses. Just something to ponder on; nothing personal.
Why? Did I ever say anything about our exports or other trade routes for that matter? Maybe you should look at the sheer amount of debt we currently have from China and The World Bank, not even the entire population and nation offered can pay for it.

So all foreign brands manufacturing there can go bankrupt as well and local chinese brands can dominate the mainland and then start exporting.

btw the PH is the only country in Asia that leans very heavily to the West in just about everything. I doubt any other country except those that are totally dominated by the US politically and culturally would side with them, NATO which also seeks to dominate the world on thier own terms would see the opportunity to strike rather than take sides with someone and same goes for Russia.

If China were to dominate these sea lanes, Japan (which by the way has a far more modern navy than China's), and the United States (the world's largest and most powerful navy) would be very concerned, and will have to take action, and not because they are interested in protecting Philippine sovereignty.

But this is ultimately saber-rattling on China's end; they don't want a full-scale ware with the world's most powerful Navy. They'd lose very badly, and I mean very badly; both on the economic and military aspects. The US also can't risk war; they depend on China for trade (though not as dependent as China is to the US), and they are ultimately interested in economic stability, given the recession they're going through right now.
and in connection with this reply to my thread noh, let me excerpt a piece from the book made by ABC News: it struck me evern if it is about the life and death of Osama Bin Laden

this was a part where President Obama talked to an official about the strategy of killing the most wanted man in the world:

Why President Obama ultimately decided not to tell Pakistan

Theoretically, the president was told, the U.S. could try to force Pakistani General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani to join the operation with the U.S. Kayani would be approached the morning of the attack, informed about the information on bin Laden and given twelve-to-twenty-four hours to join forces with the U.S., the president was told. Pakistan would only be asked to cordon off the area. ... The president said it would be great if we could trust another country with this and proceed with the raid *****erally.
But, he then said, I don't think we can trust any other country.

so it would only conclude that most 1st World countries' politicians are so much consumed at themselves that they are just smiling when they face officials from other countries and yet when they turn their backs it seems that we are not so much as important to them after all, even if they are indebted so much with the loyalty, the respect and the unwavering efforts we give to them in the past.

    You were saying?
It's a show, you dont even know the real intent for the action, mind you the US gets a percentage cut if oil is really found there and were still stuck to being used like animals and brainwashed ideals of democracy and freedom, again.

If they really are the worlds so called watcher and upholder of justice then they can go wack the majority African nations that are ruled by warlords and commiting genocide on a regular basis for justice. Or even Libya, Israel, Iran, and even Russia which massacres Chechnya every time they revolt.

Don't judge an entire nations SELF interest simply by thier actions on the globe that are being broadcasted everytime like its a damn tv show, ever heard of propaganda and a simple thing as a LIE. We aren't even included in the Interest Part, We will just end up being a strategic landing pad for anyone that can dominate us.
