agree ko ana bro! well laen2 kompanya laen2 pamaagi ug experiences... but sa 4 ka call centers na akong naagian ang sykes ang pinaka way libog but at the same time pinaka unprofessional and pinaka way klaro. ambot lng sad basin ug natymingan lng toh but sa among wave isa ra and wa nipasar sa berlitz but wala pay 2 mos 4 nalng ang nahabilin, kay daghan nihawa, either wa kauyon sa kompanya or most kay nafeel na pinasagdan ra sila, naa gane me kauban na almost 2 mos pa sila bag-o nagkaistorya sa iyang TL, y klaro ang HR, y klaro ang supporta sa bag-ong agents murag pasagdan lang mo, napay mga guard na hilas kaayo.... murag mao sad ang ilang naandang environment... wasad ko nagdugay nihawa ko ug human nako kita sa ilang ad na "Being 1st has its advantages", nakapangutana ko ug "Unsa kaha?" hehe
