trying to host a game but can't what gives?

I'm using globelines broadband and i'm having problems my buddies can't establish a connection to my game server, tried to check my external my IP add# tru www.myownip.com and i relay my buddies to that ip add # but they just can't connect to my game server. What gives? thanks in advance!.....

I'm using McAfee's Security Center Firewall and set it's settings to tight security. The game's exe is set to full access but still my buddies can't establish a connection to my game server. Help Pls....
