We can't deny nga daghan incompetent teachers. But the way I see it, being incompetent has also lot of factors especially when they are going to teach subjects not on their mastery/expertise.

kana lang daan english communication skills dako na baya na ug tabang.. dili lang na na siya limited to call centers..
kung mag OFW ... lisod baya i communicate sa non-filipino employer kung lisod i english
