Bai, the gov't has a target because they have the projected expense, so if they fell short, the simple math will tell you negative na ang resulta ana (less than zero na).

i think mao pud na ang usa ka punto diha. people here like to see the church as different from politicians but as we have learned recently, that is not the case.

Sa case sa pari bai, they know so much about god, ikaw pre your parents have lived with you your entire life and yet I am sure they will never know you 100%. Same thing with God.
