I use PH care (cool wind) regularly, I just trim, coz shaving and waxing has a risk of infecting in your hair follicles. It looks like a cystic acne. Wipe every time you pee, I use wet tissue. Always change ur pantyliners(unscented), I do it every 4hrs. Always hydrate! Clearer urine means you are well hydrated and notice it doesn't smell? Hope this helps.

I think ang toilet tissue ang mka cause ana. Ang wet tissue ok ra. Sa kani nga thread rko kahibaw nga dli diay dapat daily ang use sa feminine wash. But ofcourse kong naa ang period dapat everyday na cguro.

eat a healthy diet. That is one way to treat the problem internally. Bad diet contributes to body odor and your Vs are no exemption.
If you have yeast infection better to see an OB they give you medicine to fight chlamidia.
Its always better to treat it internally rather than externally.

Pinaka best nako na suggestion kay mag pa check up jud ug OB-GYNE...
Mostly e recommend ana kay mag pa pap-smear ka.. kay mahibaw-an kung unsa na infection imo nakuha and ma treat ra daun...

that doesn't mean na naa nakay serious na sakit (basin nag think mo about STDs)

normally kaning babae mas common jud ni ug UTI / V infection kay logic lang mas duol ang V sa A ( kasabot ra guro mo ana) unlike sa laki...
tendency ana mag ka infection daun which will secrete bad odor in some cases and ang common kay itchiness , redness, Dysuria or painful urination...

So much better if mag pa check up daun mo...

Kanang waxing risk na xa infection sa hair follicles. Dili jud kaayo na advisable... use at your own risk ra jud. Kanang grabe sad kaayo pagkashave. Inig tubo balik sa hair, basin "closed" ang skin, so mutubo xa within.

And as other suggested... clean/wipe after urinating, although pwede man sad daw na maka UTI ang tissue. Eitherway, from front to back ang method ha. Ayaw nang back to front... especially gikan kalibang. And iwipe jud tarong or padrip if that's what you prefer kay ma-soak na hinuon imong panty sa ihi. Manimahong anso.

can't imagine myself not wearing pantyliner everday, manimaho na ang panty tawn so for hygienic sake use pantyliner just make sure you change it every four hours..
