    Gutload bro means imo cla pakanon ug nutritious foods (to the point na mgbudlot ilang tummy) para ilang mapass sa imong mga inverts or pets na mukaon nila... Veggies are the best source of those vitamins...

    some people even dust their food before feeding it. i know sa turtle imu e crush ang caltrate nya e dust ambut unsa para inverts? mga multivitamins? or di ra kailangan kaayu?

    ako kung i gutload nako, ako bombahan ug talong,kalabasa ug high-protein foods sa manok hehe..

    ang liquids kai akoa juice sa bayabas.. apil na ang bayabas inig lawg hehe..

    sos manambok deyon ang mga kanahan, mu molt pa gani dayun ang uban.
