solution: do not buy any of the brands mentioned there.

reason: no purchase > less demand > less demand > company loses > no jobs for them > FREEDOM!

provided that the condition: that these labels are not fakes which end up sa ukay2x

if it ends there, then do not buy ukay2x anymore.

pero ambitious ra kaayo ko para maka-convince ninyo nga maimplement ni, but i will... soon. laugh now, but at least I chose to fight for what i believe is right.

akong stand on OT: ako kusug kaayo ko mu-ot because i love my job. its not mandatory. sila na nakakita nako nga ako nalang halos ang mahabilin... thats because i want to achieve something.

dapat ani voluntary ra unta di kay pugsanay. di bya pud ganahan ang mga tawo.

kana pud sa cc? di pa ko ka-comment ana. gikan nakog duha ka cc pero never experienced this. can you elaborate on this para mahimuan nakog theory?

laugh now. but slowly i am convincing myself to rise. will you rise or remain in the dust of where you may be now?

24 hours work? that's really inhuman. ana na lang jud ka greedy mga businessmen? try nila balhin sa China pila ka years lang bankrupt sila kay ila product buhatan dayon ug counterfeit sa mga chineses once they learned how to make it. proof of it nagkalata mga fakes karon unlike sa una nga kung Nike gani stateside jud karon Made in China.

i can see the problem.... did it occur ba sa inyo to take measures, like complaining to the HR, if they won't do any actions thats the time you seek legal actions.... but before doing all of this, try reading back your contract and see if there is something about the OT, you signed it then you agree to it...

thats why sa sugod palang daan reklamo na...

try nako ani.... i did complain about it... after ato nawala na... still i keep my job... ignorance of the law is not a reason... after ato... its my option na if i want to work 24 hours, if its mandatory overtime 16 hours is my max... if they go beyond it... kabalo na sila unsay mahitabo... i have no problem with offset... before coz i offsetted it on the other day, mura kog nag leave with pay.... except lang sa Legal Holiday nga OT...
