we cant compare the two. each of them has their different strengths. pro one thing is common is that they want the best for cebu. they may be walking on diff paths but they are targetting same goals. if Rama wants out of BOPK let him be if thats what it take for him to serve the city better well and good. after all its not about them but us living in this city.
