wa man ko gapasabot anang mangilog ug property.. kay ako di man sad ko ganahan nga ilogan ug yuta.. naa man ga un ana sa amo pero amo na gi buyag sa sugod pa and in fact we invest a lot just to fence our property.

But you can demolish them if lakas ka sa mayor and you have the resources and guts. naa rana sa imo.
Read the constitution, the article that tackles human rights (forgot the number).. the 1987 constitution is generally anti marcos and pro poor (and i am not referring to the one you point out na ang mga pobre pwede ra magbinuang dayun)

Yes, you are correct. These people are illegal settlers but you may ask to yourself, why are these people have been settling there for a very long time? Does this consider that the owner really care about his property? Why not abolished them at the time they were started to settle in? Prior demolition, the mayor should provide any relocation or financial assistance to the settlers as they are qualified beneficiaries of the socialized housing program under Republic Act 7279 or the Urban Development and Housing Act (UDHA) of 1992.
the stupid lina law... dapat i abolish na ni siya kay mao ni gisaligan sa mga professional squater....
