istoryahe kaayo ning atong goberno oi..da mga tao ray gi ilad..taga luzon jud makadaog..paita..!
sos. naa gani sila bagong racket. padaugon nila ang mga tao ug minor pots. e.g. P5, P100, P500. Kabalo ba mo wlay mo claim ana? What's even worse, if no one claims it, the gov't repossesses it!
so just imagine lang. if 1,000 ka tao naka daug ug 500 pesos? then walay mo claim. That's 500k mobalik nila! atay kaayong ilara ai!
Dili man siguro na sala sa gobyerno kung ang nidaug kay wala mu claim...
It's a calculated risk bai. Sama pa gisulti ni John Kramer aka Jigsaw: "If you are good at understanding human nature, you leave nothing to chance."
In this case, THEY KNOW no one would claim such a pitiful price. THey have a waiting time but in the end, they rake it in bulk.
Of course, it's business after all. You still can't blame them if no one wants to claim the prize.
og ang nanag-iya sa imperno ang mga taga goberno
I can blame them coz this was a willful and premeditated act. It's the same thing in court when the lawyer is "leading the witness". I object your, honor!
In this case lining up the consumer for the fall. If anyone can remember the term for this please tell. As for now, "unjust business practices" comes to mind for me. I'm not so sure.
It's like kabalo ka nananikas pero indirect ang tikas.
same raman ni sa kadtong 700m nga na dag-an "KUNO."
