hey people look at where CEBU is right now We Are the richest province in the philippines and that is becoz mayor toms (now congressman) economic strategy he makes in our City.. one Example is SRP..
but anyways back to the topic
if ever mayor tom will come back to run as a mayor 70-80% he'll still gonna win coz u know what?
cebu is an Osmeña province.. and majority of the baranggay captn is in favor of him...

in the first place Mike rama would not even be a vice mayor and mayor without tomas osmeña's intervention.

if he can convince majority of the barangay captain to join his group then he has a bigger chance of getting re elected. if not mapareha lang ne si mike ne alvin magsige ug pangopras kada election.

now as for mike rama, it will be a neck to neck fight napod if magkontra sila betwen him and tomas... i dont know pila ka barangay captains ani nila (im sure ABC president mike ralota is with tommy) and the city councilors pod (alvin dizon, margot osmena are with tommy)...
