personal experienced nako.. bisan cge pa ka og jogging then deli ka mag diet tabla ra imo gi maintain ang gidak-on sa imong tiyan...
jogging ko everyday more than 1 hour, mo duwa pa ko og basket every weekend wa gyud ko kita og results, but pag start nako og diet, no rice then eat less calories na food sabayan nako og jogging then nag gym napod ko na-a gyud result.. nang lu-ag nag sugod ako mga pants,
diet gyud puls exercise...
For me, exercise is not enough. You must also include diet.

don't eat rice anymore... honestly! and decrease beer intake, daghan carbohydrates ana... fat storing na sya. no soft drinks nasad. go for protein rich foods. watch out, in a month gamay lage na imo tiyan.
