based on experience, run ( with jogging as rest ) 45 to 60 minutes a day, 3 times a week, 1 day interval. i usually do it at night kay normal hours work man ko but pwde ra anytime within the day as long as naay time. i like to do it in the morning but can't bcoz of work. i feel effective if day time. of course naa gihapon ang diet. one thing also is try to set a target weight. i play around 132-134 lbs depende sa schedule . stomach line is at 83cm, that's still a long way to go but i'm seeing progress. hope to see my abs soon. haha

do cardio exercise at least 40 minutes. jogging, walking and swimming are best. u have to lose the belly fat first before u can have a smaller tummy. sit ups, uhmmm, can strengthen abdominal muscles, yes, pero mas effective pagamay sa bilbil ang jogging, walking ug swimming

for starters; don't overeat; eat according to your needs. apparently if you eat more than you could burn it'll always come back. Dedication and will power to go through your exercise routines. =)
