Yes go to Southern Leyte for a change. If you've been to Canigao, and would want to try new places in Southern Leyte, why not go to Inopacan Southern Leyte and visit the Cuatros Islas!

Been there, to Digyo Island, the smallest of the islands and it was lovely.
