hi guys. sorry if i confused most of you sa ako thread noh. but this is just a sentiment of a Filipino fearing for his dear country's freedom. murag basically ang ako lang gi mean is ang "WHAT-IF" moment bah if ever lang China would do such a thing and ang gi mean dyud nako sa "READY" is if we will ALL be emotionally ready should a . . . let's not use the term "INVASION" kai it's too strong a word but rather "CONTROL" of our country be theirs like what happened when other countries HELD us.

gi base man lang gud ni nako sa ako nakit-an sa I-WITNESS sa GMA7. medyo makakurat baya hunahunaon na we have to accept the reality na should there be any advancements over us kai we're merely embracing death kai grabeh kaayo ta ka DEFENSELESS in terms of ARMED FORCE ha. lisod kaayo hunahunaon ba na we're an archipelagic country and lisod dyud i guard tanan territories nato kung wala dyud tay armaments.

mao lang na ako guys and the point sa ako thread. pero im not saying they'll invade dyud. what if lang bah. and with the attitude that China is doing sa ato karon sa spratlys na nangilog or maki-parte sa spratly's maski ang ilang homeland is por Diyos por Santo naa nakabutang galapad sa dakong continente sa mainland ASIA bah. nya bully2x karon ang ila gipakita. nya kanang pagkahuman sa diplomatic protest mangari sila for a visit kai lagi kunuhay to vow for a strong economic allegiance nya sila ni diring naningkamot mangawat ug resources kai lagi wa tai laban kai di ka eek ang Pinas kai wai ikadepensa.

i can safely say murag naa kai hangtud ron naa daw oil explorations. pero para nako ha, it's beyond that eh from a personal point of view. it's about close proximity to our territorial waters to the nearest in distance to land cause as far as i know, di dyud mapildig storya kai ang spratly's sulod sa territorial waters nato and duol man tingai if im not mistaken sa palawan island. ang claim sa China is because naa sa South China Sea ang island mao ilaha daw kuno. i'm of chinese descendancy kai ako lola sa side sa ako father is pure Chinese but i'm 100% Filipino Citizenry. kai kabalo sad ko di ko ilhon sa mga Tsino. hahahaha. pero kidding aside, ambot lang ngano ang ubang nasod mag power tripping dyud bitaw. kabalo ko na kabalo na sila na di dyud ilaha ang territoryo manghilabot lang dyud ba to advance their country's interest. which is until now since human history a cynical event. makalagot hunahunaon. hehehe mao nang naai gubot tungod anang storyaha. hehehe

hehehehe. magkatawa dyud ko pirmi mga ingon ani na comment. ayaw oi, kai nangantyaw ka pero gani some or most sa imo gipanggamit ron is made in China. hehehe.

I firmly believe that. like i said bitaw over and over, kung bravery lang ug ingenuity sa battle, aw for sure maski pila pa na ka milyong batalyon sa hudas makaya dyud na nato mga Pinoy. ugaling lang, muagi lang dyud tag kalisod nya kasakit which is wrong in the first place.

@TREIZE: let us hope so. we can never be too relax about the issue. kai it is given na since time immemorial na whoever that man who holds the power, will surely lose his sense of humanity kai for every level the power goes up, his fear for no one goes down.

it's not healthy to lose honor without fighting. surely, no new generation of Filipinos would bother to defend islands that have long belonged to our territories since the new mentality today is "hey, there's still plenty more"

i just want others to know the sacrifice of our Filipino Ancestry wherein against all odds, we fought with BRAINS and BRAVERY over foreign national's NUMBERS and ARMAMENTS

so i still say, invaded or not, we must still be ready for anything. kai di lalim ang casualties as well as mahitabo na sad tong COMFORT WOMEN and COMFORT GAYS to whom we owe also so much of our freedom today for their lost dignity over saving our race.
Yes China's economy advances very fast, and big budget means more potent army..but we should worry more on political implications of these events rather than worrying about invasion or war...

Military budgets around world skyrocketed for the last ten years, not because other nations knows there will be a war soon, but because they understand how military play important role in world politics..

Stronger nations always influences the weaker ones.. and that is a Fact
Without US military presence here in southeast Asia , i can see China wining most of the islands it claim through politics.

You said that we should always be ready for china..
I think we cannot be ready because military strength is proportional to economic strength almost all the time(not always)...

Anyway as i said before no war is happening anytime soon...
so just sit back and enjoy life

Relax, don't exaggerate, cause you will definitely know when it's coming if they will.

China knows that they will have to deal with the UN if ever they will invade this country, and they know that the US will definitely interfere, and I think the US is just waiting for that opportunity, giving them a reason to conquer China.

China ain't ready to go for a WAR with the US or the UN.

A Chinese Top General said "China 'will not match' US military power"

Read this article BBC News - China 'will not match' US military power - general

Another thing ang China dako og nakwarta nato kay sige ta og palit sa ilang mga producto, di na sila ganahan mawagtangan og suki.. lol
