I upload the original size to flickr. After the image is uploaded, I browse to the image page. Then on the top left corner of the photo you will find a button named Actions and beside it some sharing options. Click on that arrow (triangle?) or drop-down menu. Select "Grab the HTML/BBCode" and make sure you select BBCode. Choose the "Medium 500 from the drop-down menu. Go to your post in istorya.net and paste the code and you're done.
