Using condoms... honestly I'm not sure but probably because I didn't seek more to know about the truth that I felt ignorant to choose sides. Experts say, life starts during fertilization and I know some personalities of the Church seem to take that position. Fr. Bernas seems to take that same position in his column at Inquirer.net. Although, I can't be certain.

pacquiao is excellent in boxing. He is trying to make things right buy defending some things that he believe that would benefit the country. he is ang iyang gbasihan ang iyang pgka successful in terms of Family planing where he says"kami mn lagi" well dili mn pwde tanan tao mg boxing just to suceed. not all people has endurance to work hard and achieve what they want in life....He posses a gift that other people dont have. he cannot compare himself with other people coz lahi2x ug perception ang mga tao sa word nga "work hard"--thats one thing pacquiao did not see, although he has a good intention to help the country, by disagreeing in RH bill will not help at all, this is the quickest remedy to control our population

So summing it up. I think Manny Pacquiao is speaking on behalf of himself. For sure Pacquiao can support 20 or 30 kids if he wish too. But..

..not everybody is as rich as Pacquiao
..if he can successfully apply natural method, not everybody can
..not everybody is as hard working as Pacquiao
..not everybody has the talent that he's got

So statistically, without condoms, we might find one Manny Pacquiao from millions of people. How would life be for the million? Poor education? Lack of opportunities? Scarcity of supplies? That's what everybody will get for misinterpreting the Bible.
