Google says free ilaha service but does smart/globe/sun charge per notification?

i'm using Google Calendar for years na and so far wlay charge. dawat ghapon sms even without load. Smart pa akong natry.

Ang "send free SMS" sa Google, okay ra ba ang serbisyo ? Kana'ng naa sa Google Chat feature nga send free SMS ang akong gipasabot. Thanks.
