In other words,
Pacquiao would like to ban condoms from stores like mercury pharmacy,
or not allow the poor to get it from health center

I would like to think that it is only natural of pacquiao to say what he said, because he is Catholic.

Lastly, I don't think the Catholic church would approve of something that strays away from the natural course of doing things. Simple as that.

Talking about the RH Bill, the providing people with condoms is something I can't just adhere to.
The Billions they are about to spend on condoms can be spent on something productive like education,
infrastructure and other necessities.
They can inform more people about family planning thru education.
They can provide jobs to people by providing more infrastructure.
Other than condoms, there are really a lot more things worth spending on.
