Free wirless Internet? hmm... There are some places that offers WiFi Internet just for trial. If your talking about longer term basis, I don't think there's any company that would pass up the chance of making money out of consumers. Maybe in private or corporate sectors you can find these services but then again you need to have a username and password in order to logon into their network.

look for unsecured wifi signals that leak out of corporate offices or residences. i've caught unsecured wifi signals in mabolo & banilad. free internet, yipeee!

They do have wireless Internet access, but its not for free. In Bo's Coffee Club, for 100 pesos, it gives you 50 minutes for you to access the Internet.
