we can't blame manny for this opinion. as what he said, he grew up poor. poor people cannot fathom the concept of responsible parenting or birth control. tan-awa bitaw na kanang gipang interview sa squatter. di daw mo gamit ug condom kai di daw "malasa" ang i**t. Nah, I don't have to agree or disagree with Manny, that's his opinion and his entitled to that.
