may unta naa pod fb account si warren buffett dayon mo comment cya ana na fb page..hehe m wondering unsa iya comment
mas maka lusot man gud ka sa tax kung mo invest ka sa physical commodities... Unlike paper assets sakspan kaau.. ahaha
Naa man FB Page si Warren Buffet bro but he doesn't say much.
Siguro because he is old napud mao dli na siya into social networking or wala lang ba nag put-up ug personnel to manage his FB page.
Kani si Robert Kiyosaki is very bold on his words. Some people don't like it, but that's how he sees things.
I am on solid assets than the liquid but I am not sure on the tax perspective. If this is the case, then it strengthens more my conviction.
mao ra na akong d ganahan kay robert kiyosaki..talking about paper assets which is not iyang field,my opinion.
the best system/investment is the one ur using/doing. its about how u manage ur system, discipline. my 2 cents.
but idol ghapon nko si robert k sa iyang rich dad poor dad.
depende man gud bro..just correct me if am wrong ha...if naa ko real state magbayad ko annual sa tax dba? if naa ko shares sa company i hold nko for years..kay akong tax sa pagbuy ra man og pag sell.
afterall dili man cguro na maoy tuyo nato ang tax dba... profit/gain
maglikay sa tax? to each his own...
Everybody has different POVs. Kung ingon ana ang tan-aw ni Kiyosaki, iyaha pud na. Every business or investment endeavors has its own corresponding risk so for me, tabla ra tanan. Kung asa ka mas comfortable and asa ka mas knowledgeable and experienced, stay there. Mas ideal gyud nang daghan ka ug nahibaw-an because you can diversify and at the same time makita nimo kung asa gyud ang kusog which may possibly offset some of your losses.
As much as di ko moagree ni Kiyosaki on some things, he's no less than a great author and investor. The things that I learned from reading his books far outnumber the things nga di ko mouyon.
Got some books and reading materials nga moingon sad ug mas advantageous ang paper assets. Kanya2 ra gyud na. Bottomline, if you earn well and be financially free in the future, mao nang the best way para nimo irregardless if it's through physical and tangible assets or paper assets.
we all have the capability to become successful... it all depends in each one of us on how we're going to take out that power to make our dreams a reality! it's all in the mind... and it started from within!
