Hello my fellow istoryans!!

I need some of your advice about my small business of band setup

*How will i market this kind of business?
the competition here in our place is high because they're very affordable,you can already have a good band setup for 2k. but i think my setup is much better than theirs.heheh
*If one of my things gets broken, will i let them pay for the damages?
*will i separate my fee for every item? like for the drums ill charge it for 500, and the sound system for 1k?

Please suggest me some of your ideas. thank you dudes!!!

Question is, are you into music or are you active in Cebu music scene?
if, so then it's not that hard to market your business
need not to worry about your competition, make them your friends and remember never compete face to face with your competitor.
build a community of musicians, para mahimu silang suki and they will be loyal to you
always let the customers pay the damages, set some rules and regulations i your studio that sounds friendly to your clients.
about fees, i think you should study your competitors on how they work and their prices by that you can easy create your own system.

i'm a member of human voice group bai, and our band (one11 band) already played on some mall shows like ayala, sm using my equipments. I do have friends na naa pud ila banda, kaso lang metal ila tirada then murag kuyawan man ko nila kay mag kiat lang. hehehe no offence pero daghan pud ko friends na reggae ila trip

Also my equipments are NOT class A. unlike other band setups they have peavey, marshal amp and pearl drums, what i can give them are only boston bass amp 80watts, gtx guitar amp 60watts and a lazer drum set with sabian b8 cymbals..but mine are very well maintained and bought new.how can i put a good price for this?

i can assure giving them a nice quality sound for my sound system because i use a pair of 15"mid hi speaker, 18"w box. good amps and a behringer mixer. i think for now ill only serve semi outdoor setup.
We're located in danao what price do you think i can give to my clients? does it depend on the place where the setup will be located?

by the way, when we play on malls. we don't get paid (for now) because human voice group only invite us to play and we just started our band unya kulang pa mi sa pundo para show band.
They only borrow some of my equipments kay suod man nako ang organizer(they dont pay me for my things ). i think unya ra ko pabayad if i feel comfortable with my things na kanang dili ko ma paka uwawan. heheh

Ganahan ko mosuway ani nga business ky passion nako ang music. Pila kasagaran rate per hour kung naay mopractice?
