The rest already suggested that you write a letter to the organizers of the event but another thing you can do is take this photo and put it in your FB saying the image was stolen from you. Itapad imo original like you did here.
You can also probably e-mail FB support to report the offense (basaha sa if naa ba rules against this sa FB). I haven't experienced seeing my photos being used in commercial ads but I've seen some people take my photos of themselves and putting it in FB and not saying they got it from me implying sila nagkuha. Anyway, since they're not making money from them ako na lang pasagdan.
