I suggest:
CPU: Phenom II x2 555 black edition 4.4k
Mobo: MSI 890GXM-G65 6.5k, i heard it can support the upcoming am3+ bulldozer procie, just upgrade CPU when price of bulldozer procies go down.
Edit: mix up I think it was the MSI 890FXA-GD65**
