very nice thread. keep them coming guys.
para nako, case to case.. it's best you know your own abilities and limitations.. if you feel you deserve it and naa juy chance nga you will attain it, then don't give up.. if deep inside you know nga impossible imong dream, better find another dream.. this goes for both career and lovelife..
siguro ky once mu-give up siguro ka...bati na kaau, laayan naka mulihok
well I think it's never to bad...
…to push oneself to the limits. –to keep on trying, to keep on standing after every fall. –because by the time a person stops, I would pressume that he’s already dead.
-remember- “success isn’t sweet without going through pin holes”
At least you tried many times. But, if its really not meant for you, then its not meant to be. The Lord has something better, more better than the one you ask and tried for.
We have been told to always keep chasing after our dreams, but sometimes, we need a dash of reality too.
For example, you badly want to be an engineer, but for as long as you can remember, Math has not exactly been your greatest friend. Your drive and passion can only do so much. You might get by in a few months or so, but in the long run, your weakness with numbers will do you more harm. It's disappointing, yes, but you're better off spending your energies on something you actually like and can actually do good.
Failure is a drag, but it often has good intentions.
