Odesk: hired pero wala gae ug trabaho

Hi, I started odesk pag last week of April. Then, by May 2 gehire ko sa Service Operations > Babbletype ( transcription)

Naa jud ko active contract nila BUT until now, wala ko tagae ug trabaho-on .. wala nasad mi send ug message naku ang employer,, wa sad nila ge end ako contract...

I wonder why they hired me in the first place, gemember ko nila sa ila team ( 300 members tanan apil ko) pero wala ko gae ug trabaho....

What should I do?

haha.. team member pud ko anang Babbletype.. pero wala jud ko nibuhat ug work diha.. wala man sad nila gi end ang contract.. mu email rman na sila pag naay work to do, nya i think mu email ra sad ka kung ganahan ka mokuha sa trabaho.. then ilang audio files naa ra na sa shared folder, pati ang template para sa transcription..

ask your employer for work or better end it. if you're looking for a job sa odesk, make a good profile and portfolio. i started odesk jan2011, got a job in a week. you just have to be patient and consistent. apply2x lang gud ka tag 5 jobs per day and surely at the end of the week, naa ra lagi nay mo hire nimo. and oh, don't forget to take their readiness exam and exams na related pud sa imong expertise. mas daghan mo hire nimo and mas daghan imong pwedeng ma applyan na jobs in a week.

pass na ko sa readiness exam & ne take nasad ko sa mga english language, naa gani ko 2 ka exams na top 20%. complete nasad ako profile..i already have a portfolio...

wala nako gi-end.. since january pa ko na-hire.. wala jud ko niwork ever.. anyway open to all team members ra man sad ang trabaho..

its better to find direct clients than use middleman's or other sites like odesk
