    Default Amino Acids.. Needed Ba? (GYM)


    hi mga istoryans, bago lng ko naga gym, ana akong mga classmate nga nag una ug gym nga mag amino acid daw ko pag mag gym nako kay ana cla ma kusgan daw ka ug dali ra ma porma imong muscles. tinood ni? unya kani bang amino acid maka cause ba ug pimples/acne? pls share your thoughts especially sa mga manoy na dha... salamat!

    gamit kong aning amino acids bro. kanang ok raman. depende pud na sa lawas nmo if bugason baka daan or ache. ako kay wala man. padaun man ghapon og inom og animo.

    From the term itself "supplement" you may or may not take it. Kung mo take ka, mas paspas imong progress. Again, it's an option, not a requirement.

    kinsa man naka testing ninyo ug amino 2222 ug kanang elang g.engon na moriamen man tingali na wala na clay side effects after ka mo take ana ?

    ah ok mga kaistoryans... salamat sa reply mag take nlng guro ko ani para pas2 akong progress, try lng nako... pero unsay refer nnyu na brand? naka kita pd ko aning amino 2222, na tag 1k ang bottle... ok kaha ni xa? pls refer some brands... thanks you again!

    uhm, pila puy recommended nga mg.? naa koy na kita 6500mg... pde na ni?

    sakto, component na cya sa protein, building blocks of protein... it's a supplement so same as food ra na in a tablet... amino acids are mostly found in red meat, poultry, egg whites and etc.

    you rily need it gyud especially as a pre-workout supplement, where the body nids it the most while u are tearing ur muscles sa gym....
